无痛肠镜检查的临床应用

Clinical Application of Enteroscope Detection with Anesthesia

目的观察静脉麻醉后行肠镜检查病人的依从性及对肠镜操作的影响。方法将68例病人随机分成药物组(35例,异丙酚复合芬太尼静脉麻醉)和对照组(33例,常规操作),记录两组操作前、操作中及操作后5 min的心率、血压、氧饱和度、操作时间,是否完成肠镜,患者的满意度以及检查过程中的不良反应。结果药物组操作间及成功率无统计学差异。结论异丙酚复合芬太尼静脉麻醉辅助肠镜可增加病人的依从性,减少病人痛苦,但不能缩短操作时间及提高检查成功率。

Objective To observe the compliance of the patient for endoscope detect after anesthesia and affection endoscope handling. Methods 68 cases of patient who underwent endoscope detection were divided into drug group （fentanyl and propofol） and control group （routine）. The HR after 5 min, Bp, SO and operative time, fulfilling detection, satisfactory of patient and side effect were recorded. Results There was no significant difference between two groups in operative time and successful rate. Conclusion The detection with anesthesia could reduce the compliance and pain of patient but not operative time and successful rate.
