川芎嗪对ET-1诱导的脐动脉平滑肌细胞增殖的作用

Function of Tetramethylpyrazine on Navel Artery of Vascular Smooth Muscle Cells Department of Phathophysiology

目的研究川芎嗪(TMPz)对内皮素(ET-1)诱导的人脐动脉平滑肌细胞(VSMC)增殖的作用。方法培养人脐动脉平滑肌细胞,应用ET-1建立平滑肌增殖模型,后加入TMPz,设立梯度浓度的TMPz分组,最后细胞计数以及氚-胸腺嘧啶核苷掺入方法检测药物效应。结果TMPz抑制VSMC的作用与药物的浓度梯度呈正相关。结论TMPz可抑制VSMC的增殖。

Objective To determine the effets of tetramethylpyrzine（TMPz） on ET- lstimulated proliferation of the experimental models of proliferation of cultured isolated human navel artery smooth muscle ceils. Methods The experimental models of proliferation of eultrued smooth muscle stimulated by endothelin（ET） were established and cell account and 3H -thymidine （3H-TdR） incorporation were used. Results The results indicated that TMPz markedly inhibited VSMC proliferation in the dose - dependent manner. Conclusion It i confirmed that TMPz possesses anti - proliferation of VSMC.
