摘要
采用冷冻干燥法制得了烧结性能良好的c-ZrO_2(10%MgO,以摩尔计)超细粉末,并对冷冻干燥工艺进行了探索。粉末的煅烧温度为800℃,成型后试样经1600℃,2h烧成,相对体积密度达到了95%以上,且全部为立方相。
A kind of c-ZrO_2(10%MgO,in mole)ultrafine powder with a high sinterability was prepared by freeze-drying,The hydrous zirconia gel prepared by precipitation was dispersed in Mg (NO_3)_2 solution and then freeze-dried.The c-ZrO_2(10%MgO) ultrafine powder is obtained by calcining the dried gel at 800℃for 1h.Fired at l600℃ for 2h,the relative bulk density of the samples made from the powder is up to 95%and the phase of the samples is all of cubic phase.
