摘要
在知识经济时代,技术是知识转化为生产力的重要途径,而人才则是知识的重要载体。本文在简单介绍有关国家经验的基础上,初步探讨了我国国有企业在知识经济时代应当采取的技术创新与人才战略。
Technology is the important way which knowledge transforms productive force and human resource is the important cartier in knowledge economic time. The essay introduces some experience of other countries and discusses that we should accept which strategy of human resource and technical innovation in China＇s state-owned interprises.
