在大伙房水库输水工程中使用的外加剂主要包括减水剂和速凝剂两种。作为隧洞断面岩石支撑和衬砌的重要手段之一的喷射混凝土支护对TBM隧洞掘进机掘进进度和安全影响极大。喷射混凝土的性能以及可操作性在一定程度上取决于外加剂的品种、性能。通过对各种外加剂进行相容性、保塑性等性能试验,选择出满足工程需要的外加剂种类,并且进行现场应用,取得很好的效果。

Two kinds of additives for water reduction and quick coagulation are used in the Dahuofang reservoirg water distribution project. As support and liner against cross section rock, spraying - concrete has enormous influence on the tunneling progress and the safety of the TBM tunnel＇s tunneling machine. The characteristics and operatibility of spraying - concrete can be controlled, to a certain degree, by the variety and characteristics of the additives. Through massive indoor experiments and worksite application, proper kinds of additives are chosen and excellent results are achieved.
