摘要 目的观察自体表皮黑素细胞移植治疗白癜风的疗效。方法供皮区采用负压吸疱法,受皮区(白斑区)采用磨削法,将正常表皮黑色素移植至白斑区。结果60例白癜风患者,治愈33例(55.00%),有效22例(36.67%),无效5例(8.33%),总有效率91.67%。结论自体表皮黑素细胞移植治疗稳定期白癜风疗效确切,对节段型有效率达100.0%,局限型达90.0%,散发型达92.5%,泛发型达66.6%。 Objective The observation treats the vitiligo from the body epidermis black element cell transplant the curative effect;Methods Uses the negative pressure for the skin area attracts the blister law. (Floeeosoids area) is used the skin area rubs truncates the law. Normal epidermis melanin transplant to floeeosoids area. Results 60 examples patients, cure 33 examples (55.00%),effeetive 22 examples (36.67%),invalid 5 examples (8.33%),total effectiveness 91. 67%. Conclusion the treatment to the vitiligo from the body epidermis black element cell transplant is very accurate. Segmental rate reaches 100% ; localized rate reaches 90.0%; and scattered rate reaches 92.5%; and wide rate reaches 66.6%.
