摘要
高校是加强思想政治教育的重镇,辅导员是从事学生思想政治教育工作的主力军之一。研究和探索辅导员从事此项工作的规律,具有非常重要的现实指导意义。结合在辅导员岗位从事思想政治教育工作的具体实践,总结了八字体会。
Universities are the main field where the occupation is held, and the instructors are the main force engaged in it. It＇s of a great realistic guiding significance that research and exploration into the law of the occupation. The author, in light of the specific practice that he owns in the Ideo-political Education, draws the conclusion of eight words.
