摘要
介绍了城市轨道交通车辆DC 1500 V VVVF逆变器装置的主要技术参数、主电路和总体结构。阐述了该逆变器的功率单元、过压抑制单元、逻辑部及保护功能。通过在地面模拟联动试验台上的试验,证明该逆变器的设计研制能满足车辆的牵引／制动运行需要。
Main technical parameters, main circuit and general structure of the DC 1 500 V VVVF inverter for urban rail transit vehicle are introduced. The power unit, over voltage restrained unit, bgic unit and the protect function of the inverter are descried. The simulation test on the ground test bench proved that the design and the manufacture of the inverter meet the requirements of vehicle traction/breaking.
