摘要
目的:建立一种高效液相色谱测定草莓中维生素C含量的新方法.方法:采用HYPERSIL—C18色谱柱,0.1%低浓度的草酸作流动相,流速为1.0mL/min,检测波长为254nm.结果:维生素C在浓度为20—100mg/L范围内有良好的线性关系,线性回归方程为Y=9361.6x-11192,相关系数为O.9993,方法回收率为97.4—102.1%,相对标准偏差小于3%.结论:本测定方法简便,快速,准确,稳定;适合于测定其它水果和蔬菜中维生素C的含量.
[ Objective] A new method of detecting the conent of vitamin C in the strawberry by using HPLC is established. [ Methods] A HYPERSIL- C18 column is used and the flow phase is low concentration 0. 1% oxalic acid,the flow rate is 1.0 mL/min and the detection waveleng is 254 nm in the HPLC system. [ Results ] The standard working curve of vitamin C has a good linear relation in the concentration range from 20 - 100 mg/L,the linear equation is y = 9 361.6 x - 11 192 and the related coefficient is 0. 999 3. The recoveries are 97.4 - 102. 1% and the relatively standard deviation is below 3%. [ Conclusions] This method is simple and fast and exact and steady and suitable to detect the conent of vitamin C in other fruit and vegetable.
