摘要 大体积混凝土施工中,由于温度应力导致混凝土产生的裂缝是影响建筑工程质量一项重要的因素.结合大连造船厂新建30万吨船坞工程,从理论上分析了大体积混凝土产生裂缝的机理,并针对船坞结构复杂、工程质量要求高(不裂、不渗)等特点,介绍了在施工过程中采取的一系列防裂技术措施及取得的实际效果. Crack of mass concrete that is created by temperature stress is a major factor affecting the quality of construction in the mass concrete construction. In considering the mass concrete construction of the newly-built dock with 300 000 ton capacity in Dalian Shipyard ,the causes and mechanism for cracks created in the mass concrete are analyzed in this paper, and also a series of crack-control measures which take the complex structure of the dock into consideration are applied. All of these can help to meet the demanding of structure standards of the dock ,i. e. no cracking and leakage are allowed in the dock with mass concrete structure ,and the actual results have been achieved.
