摘要
冻结造孔工程是矿井建设当中的首要工序,其质量高低直接影响到矿井建设的周期,只有高质量完成每一个冻结孔施工,缩短冻结时间,才能使矿井早日建成投产;结合近年来我国煤矿建设深度不断加大的现实情况,从冻结造孔施工技术入手,对其施工工艺进行了探讨,提出施工过程中应根据不同岩层段的岩性变化,选择不同的钻进参数和钻孔纠偏措施,合理调整钻具级配、泥浆参数,保证开孔和钻孔的垂直度,同时应做好施工管理才能保证钻孔的高质量完成。
The freezing drill bore project is the chiefly working procedure of a mine construction. Its quality could directly influence the periods of a mine construction. Only when every freezing drill is finished with high quality and freezing time is shortened, mines could be built and put into production as early as possible. Combined with the fact that deepness of coal mines construction is ceaselessly strengthened in recent years, and start with the construction technique of freezing drill bore, the paper discusses its construction technics. And then puts forward that according to lithological changes of different terrane stages, proper boring parameters and measures of tilted bore rectifying need choosing, then grades of boring tools and parameter of slop still should be adjusted reasonably, and drill bore and its uprightness also need to be insured. Meanwhile, construction management should be strengthened to achieve high quality of freezing drills.
