摘要
为解决一直困扰齿轮泵发展问题的齿轮泵的困油现象,从斜齿轮泵和直齿轮泵的困油容积变化方面来分析困油现象,采用数学推导的方法,得出开设卸荷槽采用减小齿顶高系数来减小困油现象,同时也不增加齿轮泵的外形尺寸的结论,可以作为进一步研究作参考。
To account for Packeted oil Phenomena of gear pump which is trouble for Development of gear pump at all times, The paper analyses packeted oil Phenomena form the cubage's charge of bevel wheel and gear wheel and bring forward the measure for oil Phenomena. By adopting the mathematics way, it educes conclusion that reduce the Packeted oil Phenomena, which can help further study.
