摘要
目的建立心血宁滴丸中金丝桃苷的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为固定相,甲醇-乙腈-四氢呋喃-0.5%冰醋酸(1:1:30:70)为流动相,检测波长为363nm,测定金丝桃苷的含量。结果金丝桃苷进样量在79.6-318.4ng有良好的线性关系,回收率为98.8%±1.86%。结论本法测定心血宁滴丸中金丝桃苷的含量,结果准确可行。
OBJECTIVE To establish the assaying method for the determination of hyperoside in Xinxuening dropping pills. METHODS External standard method was conducted with the column of C18 (250 mm× 4. 6 mm, 5 mm), mobile phase of methanol-acetonitrile-tetrahydrofuran-0. 5% acetic acid(1 : 1 : 30 : 70), flow rate of 1.0 mL ·min^-1, and hyperosidewas determined at the wavelength of 363 nm. RESULTS In the range of 79. 6±318. 4 ng , the distribution of hyperoside was linear (r= 0. 999 8), with an average recovery of 98. 8 % ± 1.86 % (RSD= 2. 81%). CONCLUSIONS The assaying method of RP-HPLC is convenient, accurate, and reliable with good precision, and can be used in the quality control of Xinxuening dropping pills.
