中国水库外迁移民置换安置模式研究——来自大丰市三峡移民安置点的考察

A Study of the Exchangeable Arrangement Model of Migrants from the Reservoirs in China-- A Case on the Arrangement of the Three Gorges Migrants in Dafeng City

大型水库工程项目面临的难题是如何妥善安置庞大的移民人口。本文以江苏省大丰市三峡外迁移民安置点为考察个案,讨论其“选购旧房安居、置换土地生产”的社区安置模式,分析该模式形成的基础条件、价值内涵以及辅助措施,希望能对我国工程外迁移民的社区安置工作有所启发。

The biggest problem of the large reservoir projects is how to arrange these migrants properly. By analyzing a case on the arrangement of the Three Gorges migrants in Dafeng City, Jiangsu Province, the paper discusses the community arrangement model of migrants. It mainly explores the basis, the social function and assistant measures of the arrangement model. We wish that the exchangeable arrangement model will be conducive to the project migrants resettlement work in the future.
