摘要
演讲能力作为交际的必要手段有着非常实用的技能和多维展现的价值。英语演讲活动作为教学辅助手段可以培养学生交际过程中的各语言运用能力,激发学生的学习热情,使学生在智力和知识运用的技能等方面得到充分的发挥,对拓展学生综合能力无疑有着很大的帮助。ITTAP演讲教学模式证明英语演讲课程作为英语教学活动的延伸有着很大的可行性与可操作性。
Public speaking is a vital means of communication with practical skill and multidimensional value. As a teaching auxiliary instrument, it can help enhance students" ability to use language properly, inspire enthusiasm and bring students" intellect into full play, so as to develop students" integrated language knowledge and skills. ITYAP model of Public speaking teaching in class proves that public speaking can be extended as curricular or extracurricular activities with high feasibility and manipulation.
