摘要
元认知是对认知的认知,在教育、语言领域中有着广泛、深刻的影响。本文概述了元认知理论,它包括三个组成部分:元认知知识、元认知体验、元认知监控。并讨论了元认知在外语自主学习中的作用,及如何培养元认知能力来促进学习者的自主学习能力,有效提高学习效率,以达到教育要求。
Metacognition is about cognition of cognition, having wide and deep influence in education and language field. The paper introduces metacognitive theroy which includes three parts: metacognitve knowledge, metacognitve experience and metacognitve monitoring. And its function in autonomous learning of foreign languages and how to cultivate the ability are discussed for promoting learner autonomy, enhance learning efficiency to meet education's requirement.
