Influence of Informal Institution upon Transaction Cost

本文从交易费用这个核心概念出发,分析了交易费用与制度的关系。制度由正式制度与非正式制度构成,二者对交易费用都有影响。相比较而言,由伦理道德、文化习俗、意识形态构成的非正式制度对交易费用的高低影响更为显著和突出。

This essay, based on transaction cost, analyzes the relation of transaction cost and institution. Institution contains formal and informal institutions, both having influence upon transaction cost. However, compared with formal institution, informal institution which consists of ethics, custom and ideology has more prominent influence.
