D32和D36高强度船体用结构钢板的试制

摘要 介绍了采用氧气顶底复吹转炉→LF炉精炼→板坯连铸→控制轧制生产D32,D36高强度船体用结构钢板的生产工艺。通过对化学成分合理设计及制订适合本厂的冶炼、连铸、轧制工艺,采取微合金化技术和控轧控冷技术相结合的有效措施,提高钢板的综合性能,特别是低温冲击韧性。生产的D32,D36船板,其产品质量完全符合GB712-2000标准要求,并且通过了七国船级社的认可。 This paper introduces the process route for producting D32 and 1936 high - strengh hull structural steel plate of using oxygen blowing converter,LF refining,slab continuous caster and TMCP. With scientific design of chemical compositions and smelring, casting, rolling process, it is suitable for the factory that technology combined microalloying with TMCP is a effective means of developing the synthetical properties of steel plate. The developing the low temperature toughness of the steel plate produced by this process is completely in conformity to GB712 -2000 and had gotten ABS works approval from seven countries.
