摘要
阐述了大规格金刚石岩芯钻探用绳索取芯钻杆的生产工艺试验过程。试验中根据产品要求,重点解决了冷加工模具选用、公差配置等技术问题。经生产实践证明,其工艺可行。
The article briefly analysed production testing process of the large sized cord core drilling tubes. According to relevant product requirements, mold choice and mold tolerance configuration during the cold-drawing are mainly solved. The operation shows that the rolling process is feasible.
