介绍了低黏级高氯化聚乙烯的生产工艺及生产过程中的重点与难点。通过分段氯化,控制通氯量与氯化温度制得溶解性好的产品;通过加入复合引发剂、针对不同的反应釜采用不同的搅拌器结构,缩短了反应时间;采用控制产品粒度技术提高了产品收率。在应用方面,重点介绍了其用在埋地铸铁管外表涂饰防腐涂料的配方及漆膜性能。

Emphasis and difficulty in process and production of low viscosity and high-chlorinated polyethylene were introduced. After segmental chlorination, the products with good dissolubility were got by control reactive chlorine weight and chlorination temperature. Reaction time was reduced by adding compound initiating agent and different reactor adopted different agitator structure. Yield of products was improved by control granularity. The formula of surface antisepsis coating on buried ordinary iron pipes and property of lacquer were introduced.
