摘要
针对高速焊接条件下的咬边问题,概述了熔池金属流体静力学模型、数值计算模型以及经验模型,并分析了各自的特点。介绍了目前高速熔化极气体保护焊的不同工艺。采用短路电流双折线控制或采用特殊的燃弧电流波形控制法,可以提高单丝焊接工艺的焊接速度;采用两台脉冲焊接电源协同工作的方式,可以实现高速焊接,改善焊缝成形。
Aiming at the question of undercut in high-speed welding, this paper presented the model of hydrostatics, mathematics calculation and experience of mehen-pool. At the same time respective characteristics were analyzed. The welding speed of single wire technics can be increased by using short-circuit current double-fold control method or special control method of arc current wave. With the cooperation of two pulsed welding power sources, we can realize high-speed welding and good weld shape.
