摘要
目的:探讨尖锐湿疣(CA)组织中环氧化酶-2(COX-2)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的表达及意义。方法:用SP法(免疫组织化学)分别检测COX-2和VEGF蛋白在36例CA组织和15例正常上皮组织中的表达。结果:COX-2和VEGF在正常上皮组织均有极少量弱的表达,在CA组织均呈强阳性表达;COX-2和VEGF蛋白表达呈正相关(r=0.549,P<0.01)。结论:COX-2和VEGF表达呈正相关,COX-2和VEGF在CA发生、发展中起一定作用,表明COX-2可能与肿瘤血管形成有关。
Objective:To detect COX-2 and VEGF protein in keratinocytes of condyloma acuminatum( CA), and explore their roles in pathogenesis. Methods:The expression of COX-2 and VEGF protein in 36 cases of CA and 15 normal controls were detected respectively by immunohistochemistry staining. Results: There were no expression of COX-2 and VEGF in normal skin tissue, while there were overexpression of COX-2 and VEGF in CA tissue; there was a statistically positive correlation between COX-2 and VEGF protein overexpression in CA ( r = 0. 549, P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion :There is a statistically positive correlation between COX-2 and VEGF protein overexpression in CA; the study indicated that overexpression of COX-2 protein in CA is related with tumour blood vessel formation.
