摘要
本文介绍了完全循环Hadamard矩阵、Barker序列和1维最佳2元阵列之间的等价关系,并指出目前出现的几种循环Hadamard猜想的“证明”的错误,表明了这一猜想至今仍未被解决.
In this paper,we present the close relationships among circulant IIadamard matrices,Barker sequences and one-dimensional perfect binary arrays,and also point out that two proofs of this conjecture in paper〔1〕,〔2〕are totally wrong,which indicates that this famous conjecture is still unproved.
