摘要
火电机组的部分辅汽通过冷却器凝结为疏水后再进入热力系统,本文针对冷却器在热力系统中所处位置,以质量平衡与能量平衡为基础,应用矩阵理论,通过严谨的数学推演,提出了辅助汽流通过冷却器进出热力系统的定量分析计算模型,具有分析与计算方便、简洁、准确性高、通用性强等特点,为火电机组的节能降耗特别是辅助汽水系统的定量分析计算提供了新方法。
The part steam auxiliary system of a coal-fired power unit is cooled into distant water, and then put back in the thermal system. Based on position of cooler in the thermal system, applying the quantity balance and energy balance method and modern matrix theory, a general model of quantitative analysis and calculation for the steam auxiliary system of passing in and out of thermal system with a cooler is derived in this paper. The result of application shows that the calculating method proposed possesses a series of advantages, such as convenience and simplicity, accuracy and universality in use. What is more, it provides a new method for coal-fired power unit' s thermal dynamic energy-saving analysis especially for partial quantitative analysis.
