近红外光谱法无创测量人体血红蛋白浓度 被引量:11

A Study of Non-invasive Measurement of Human Hemoglobin Concentration by Near Infrared Spectroscopy

摘要 在选定的波长处(760 nm,850 nm)无创测量人体手指的漫反射光谱,利用修正的Lambert-Beer定律,实现了HbO2、Hb的绝对量估算,并由此求得血红蛋白浓度的结果。对16例志愿者进行了测量,全部男性受试者的相对误差在7.39%以下,相关系数为0.954;全部女性受试者的相对误差在7.26%以下,相关系数为0.969。 By measuring the diffuse reflection spectrum of forefinger through two certain wavelengths (760 nm, 850 nm), modified Lambert-Beer principle,we estimated the absolute concentration of HbO2,Hb and the total Hemoglobin. 16 volunteers were tested. The relative error of all male volunteers is below 7:39 % ,and R is 0. 954, and for all female volunteers, the relative error below 7.26 %, R = 0. 969.
