GST-π蛋白和GST-πmRNA在颜面部鳞状细胞癌中的表达

摘要 目的:探讨GST-πmRNA和GST-π蛋白在颜面部皮肤鳞状细胞癌(SCC)中的表达情况。方法:采用多项寡核苷酸原位杂交技术和免疫组化染色技术(SP法)分别检测GST-πmRNA、GST-π蛋白在20例SCC、10例不典型增生组织、10例正常皮肤中的表达。结果:在皮肤SCC、不典型增生和正常皮肤中GST-πmRNA及GST-π蛋白表达的阳性率依次分别为10%/20%/70%和10%/30%/90%。GST-πmRNA和蛋白在SCC中较不典型增生和正常皮肤的表达差异皆具有统计学意义(P<0.05),原位杂交和免疫组化结果之间差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:提示GST-π可能与皮肤鳞癌的发生发展有关,是皮肤鳞癌发生过程中的早期酶学变化。 Objective To evaluate the expression of the GST-π in skin squamous cell carcinoma. Methods Adopt in situ hybridization, immunohistochemical methods (SP technique) to detect separately GST-π mRNA, GST-π protein in 20 skin squamous cell carcinoma cases, 10 dysplasia tissues cases and 10 normal skin cases. Results The positive rates of GST-π mRNA ,GST-π protein were 10%/20%/70%,10%/30/90% in turn in normal skin cases, dysplasia tissues and SCC. Compare with dysplasia and normal skin cases, the expression of GST-π mRNA and GST-π protein were significant difference in SCC cases (P〈0.05).There were no statistically significant difference in GST-π expression at the mRNA and protein level (P〉0.05). Conclusion there is a decreasing tendency of GST-π from dysplasia adjacent to SCC. The decrease in GST-π expression is an early event in skin SCC,
