扩张皮瓣缺血治疗中包膜下给药方法探讨

目的:研究扩张皮瓣缺血性治疗中包膜下给药方法的可行性及先进性。方法:用猪作为实验动物,同时埋置扩张器及注药管(infusing-tubes)各12枚。术后2周开始扩张,每周1次。猪A包膜下VEGF20ng/ml、5ml/次;猪B包膜下VEGF10ng/ml、5ml/次;猪C为对照生理盐水5ml/次。扩张完成后3天经注药管注射墨汁。常规HE染色。镜下毛细血管计数。结果:猪A扩张皮瓣成纤维细胞和毛细血管密度明显增高,猪BC变化不明显。结论:扩张皮瓣包膜下应用VEGF可以加快扩张速度,提高扩张皮瓣质量。该方法操作简单,效果可靠。

Objective Discuss the feasibility and progress of the Infracapsule Infusion in Ischemic Therapy of Expanded Flap. Methods Simultaneously place 12 soft tissue expanders and 12 infusing- tubes on 3 pigs. Infuse once per week since 2 weeks past operation. Pig A VEGF 20ng/ml 5ml, Pig B VEGF 10ng/ml 5ml, Pig C 0.9% NaCl 5ml. Do ink infusion,HE stain and number capillary vessels, 3 days past finishing expansion. Results The density of fibroblasts and capillary vessels in the expanded flap of Pig A can be seen improved. No more changes can be see in Pig B and C. Conclusion Inject VEGF into expanded flaps＇ capsules through infusingtubes can accelerate the velocity of expansion and improve the quality of flaps. This method can be handled simply, and the effect is visible.
