Immunotype and clinical significance of IgD type multiple myeloma

目的探讨IgD型多发性骨髓瘤免疫分型中的特点及意义。方法用血清蛋白电泳法及免疫固定电泳法对70例IgD型多发性骨髓瘤进行分析及单扩散法定量检测。结果70例IgD型多发性骨髓瘤中IgDλ-型65例,IgDκ-型4例。本周蛋白阳性58例,本周λ型57例。具有IgDλ-;λ型双M成分28例。IgD重链型1例。结论IgD型多发性骨髓瘤免疫分型特征对IgD型多发性骨髓瘤的诊断及指导临床治疗具有重要意义。

Objective To investigate the specificity and clinical significance of IgD type multiple myeloma by immunotype.Methods 70 cases of IgD type multiple myeloma patients＇ serum were assayed by protein electrophoresis and immunofixation electrophoresis. The IgD were measured by immunodiffusion. Results Among the 70 cases of IgD type multiple myeloma, IgD-κ type multiple myeloma were 4, IgD-λ type multiple myeloma were 65. Bence-Jones protein positive were 58, λ-type hght chain positive were 57. IgD-λ. type and λ. type two M component 28. IgD heavy chain typ were 1 .Conclusion The study of immunotype of lgD type multiple myeloma may play an important role in clinical dignosis and treatment.
