摘要
目的:观察细胞外基质分子在第4~8周人胚中肾有核血细胞的发育和迁移过程中的表达情况。方法:第4~8周的人胚行H—E和免疫组织化学染色,光镜观察。结果:发育第4、5周中肾的有核血细胞、原始肾小球、肾小管以及散在分布的间充质细胞均强表达纤连蛋白、层连蛋白、胶原蛋白Ⅰ、细胞间黏附分子。第7周,中肾有核血细胞中仅有部分表达上述分子。到第8周,仅在个别有核血细胞和肾小管上皮细胞表达。到第7周,中肾内有核血细胞几乎都表达整合素β1。肾内其他结构无明显的整合素β1表达。结论:在人胚发育第4~8周,中肾的有核血细胞表达多种细胞外基质分子。这些分子可能以自分泌方式参与肾内有核血细朐在中肾的发育。
Objective: To observe the expression of extracellular matrix molecules in nucleared blood cells in developmental mesonephros of human embryo of 4th- 8th week. Methods: Human embryo at 4th-8th week of gestation were collected with informed consent of woman suffered from accidental abortions. H-E staining and immunohistochemistry method (SABC) were employed. Results: All nucleared blood cells, glomerulus, mesonephric tubule and cells of mesoderm expressed fibronectin strongly on 4th week of gestation. Part of the nucleared blood cells expressed fibronectin, laminin, collagen Ⅰ and inter-cell adherin molecule; on the 7th week of gestation, the molecules were expressed in some nucleared blood cells and in a few cells on 8th week. All nucleared blood cells of mesonephros of 7th week expressed integrin β1. Conclusion: During 4th-8th week of gestation, nucleared blood cells express a series of extracellular matrix molecules, which may be involved in development of nucleared blood cells of mesonephros.
