摘要
目的回顾性对比分析常规屏-片系统和CR系统在骨骼系统中的应用的优缺点,探讨CR在骨骼系统成像中的应用价值。方法随机抽取100例CR骨骼片和常规屏-片系统摄影的各系统骨骼片,从摄片曝光量、细节显示、甲片率上对比两种摄片系统在骨骼系统中的运用。结果在骨骼肌肉系统摄片时CR系统曝光剂量约为传统的屏-片系统的45%~60%,而在骨小梁的显示上为CR系统的显示率为100%,明显优于传统的屏-片系统的68%。CR甲片率为85%,高于传统的屏-片系统的75%。结论CR系统在骨骼系统显示上明显优于传统的屏-片系统。
Objective To retrospectively evaluate computed radiography in musculoskeletal imaging against film-screen radiography system. Methods Analysis of 100 CR films randomly selected to compare with conventional radiography in musculoskeletal imaging including the X-ray dose, the display of ratio of bony trabecular and soft tissues, and the highquality film ratio was carried out.. Results The study showed the dose reduction was in the range of 45 % to 50 % with CR musculoskeletal images. The display ratio of bony trabecular was 100% with CR, but 68% with film-screen radiography. The high-quality film ratio was 85 % with CR, but 75 % with film-screen radiography system. Conclusion CR offers many advantages, consisting of a reduction in radiation dose for many applications, improving contrast resolution, nearly eliminating of repeat radiographs related to exposure errors, and its digital processing capabilities for image enhancement, storage, retrieval, display and transmission are also superior in comparison with conventional radiography in musculoskeletal imaging.
