性早熟女童行为问题及家庭因素的影响

Behavior Problems of Girls with Precocious Puberty and Related Family Factors

目的探讨性早熟女童行为问题及家庭因素的影响。方法采用Aehenbach儿童行为量表对6～10岁性早熟女童88例，同年龄未发育女童46例进行行为评定，采用家庭环境量表及自拟家庭及被测者一般情况调查表对家庭影响因素进行分析。结果性早熟女童行为问题明显多于对照女童，其行为问题检出率为35．2％，较对照女童（15％）显著升高（P〈0、05）；性早热女童在抑郁、社交退缩、体诉、攻击性、内向因子、外向因子方面得分高于对照组，差异显著，在多动、残忍性方面得分亦高于对照组，存在差异；家庭环境的矛盾性、娱乐性对行为问题评分有影响，排除了家庭环境的矛盾性、娱乐性评分对行为问题总分的影响后，性早熟组行为问题总分仍高于对照组，两者差异有统计学意义；排除家庭经济文化因素的混杂作用，性早熟组发生行为异常的检出率亦高于对照组。结论性早熟女童出现行为问题比例较高，且与家庭环境有一定相关。

Objeetive To evaluate the degree of behavioral problem in girls with precocious puberty, and to explore the related family factors. Methods 134 girls aged 6 to 10 years were assigned into two groups. The first group was research group （ n = 88, including girls with precocious puberty）, another was control group （ n = 46）. Their parents were required to complete a Child Behavior Check-list（CBCL）, Family Environment Scale（FES） and a questionnaire on background status. Results The study results of the problematic behavior effects on girls with precocious puberty showed that： 1） Prevalence of the behavior problems in girls with precocious puberty was 35.2 %, significantly higher than that of the control group（15.2% ）. 2） Higher scores of internal behavior problems, external behavior problems, depression, poor social communication, somatic complaints, hyperactivity behavior, cruel behavior, delinquent behavior and aggressive behavior in CBCL were found in the research group than those of the control group. 3） When the family economic and culture situation were excluded, univariate analysis demonstrated that the girls with precocious puberty were liable to develop behavior problems. 4） Whether or not there is earlier onset of puberty, family entertainment and family conflicts had effects on behavior problems scoring. There was significant difference of the scoring between the research group and the control group after exduding the effect of family environmental factors covariates. Conclusion Girls with precocious puberty shows more behavior problems than those in the control group. In order to improve healthy mental development of these girls with precocious puberty, a more harmonious family environment is needed.
