This is a systematic review on the current study of pathogenesis of obsessive-compulsive disorder（OCD）, which concerns psychology, biochemistry, neuro-electrophysiology, brain imaging, neurogenetics,etc. It provides the evidence to support the biopsychological treatment model on OCD.
