摘要 目的探讨抑郁症患者失匹配负波(MMN)的特点。方法应用脑诱发电位仪,对31例抑郁症患者和28名正常成人进行了MMN检测。结果与正常对照组比较,抑郁症患者MMN潜伏期延迟,(206±26)msvs(189±22)ms(P<0.05);同时抑郁症组较正常对照组波幅降低,(5.2±2.1)μVvs(8.4±1.5)μV(P<0.01)。结论MMN新技术可反映抑郁症患者诱发脑电波的自动加工过程,可用于临床应用。 Objective To study the characteristics of mismatch negativity (MMN) in patients with depression. Methods MMN was recorded from 31 patients with depression and 28 age-matched controls. Results Compared with the controls, the patients with depression had prolonged latency ( [ 189 ± 22 ] ms vs [ 206 ± 26 ] ms, P 〈 0.05) and decreased amplitude ( [ 8.4 ± 1.5 ] μV vs [ 5.2 ± 2.1 ]μV, P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Patients with depression had abnormal brain automatic processing, and MMN may be the useful index in evaluating depression brain dysfunctions.
