5-羟色胺2A受体基因多态性与强迫症的关系 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨上海地区汉族人口中5羟色胺2A受体(5HT2A)基因多态性同强迫症的关系。方法采用PCRRFLP技术测定124例强迫症患者和104例健康对照的基因型;根据SCIDII评定结果对强迫症患者进行亚组划分。结果强迫症患者5HT2A的3种基因型(A1/A1、A1/A2和A2/A2)频率分别为25.0%、54.8%和20.2%,健康对照组分别为28.8%、45.2%和26.0%,两组之间无显著差异(P>0.05)。不伴有强迫人格的患者5HT2A基因型与对照组存在显著性差异(P<0.05),而伴有强迫人格的患者基因型分布与健康对照之间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论在上海汉族人群中5HT2A基因可能与无强迫型人格障碍的强迫症存在关联,有强迫人格和无强迫人格的患者可能有不同的发病机制。 Objective To explore the relationship between polymorphism of serotonin 2A receptor gene (5-HT2A) and obsessive-compulsive disorder(OCD) in the Han nationality of Shanghai. Methods One hundred and twentyfour OCD patients and 104 healthy controls were included in this study. All subjects were genotyped directly via polymerase chain reaction and restriction fragment length polymorphism techniques. SCID-Ⅱ was used to evaluate the comorbidity of OCD and personality disorders. Results The frequencies of three T102C genotypes of 5-HT2A receptor gene (A1/A1, A1/A2 and A2/A2) were 25.0% , 54.8% and 20.2% , respectively, in the OCD patients, and 28.8% , 45.2% and 26.0% ,respectively, in the controls. There were no significant differences of genotype and allele frequencies of 5-HT2A between the OCD patients and controls (P 〉0.05). If the patients were divided into two subgroups according to SCID-Ⅱ, there were significant differences of 5-HT2A genotype between patients without obsessive compulsive personality disorder(OCPD) and controls (P 〈 0.05) , while no significant differences of genotype or allele frequency between patients with OCPD and controls ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion The polymorphism of 5-HT2A receptor gene maybe associated with OCD patients who do not have OCPD in the Han nationality. Patients with or without OCPD may have different etiology.
