摘要
采用流式细胞术检测人甲状腺上皮细胞(TEC)MHC-Ⅱ表达,发现桥本甲状腺炎(HT)甲减患者TECMHC-Ⅱ表达明显高于正常对照[(40.7+5.5)%vs(2.7+2.1)%,P<0.01],γ干扰素可以显著促进TECMHC-Ⅱ的表达(P<0.01),他汀类药物(Simvastatin和Atrovastatin)可显著抑制γ干扰素诱导的TECMHC-Ⅱ表达(均P<0.05),从而降低相应的淋巴细胞活化,缓解HT的免疫紊乱。
MHC-Ⅱ expression of human thyrocytes was detected by flow cytometry. MHC-Ⅱ expression of thyrocytes from hypothyroid patients with Hashimoto's thyroiditis (HT) was much higher than that of normal controis [ (40.7 ± 5.5 ) % vs (2.7 ± 2.1 ) %, P 〈 0.01 ]. INF-γ could dramatically increase MHC-Ⅱ expression of thyrocytes (P 〈0.01 ), while Simvastatin and Atrovastatin significantly inhibit IFN-γ-induced MHC-Ⅱ expression in thyrocytes (P 〈0.05), suggesting that statins could inhibit the subsequent lymphocyte activation and ameliorate the immune disturbance of HT.
