3种方法治疗输尿管上段结石的体会

Experience on three means treating upper ureter stone

目的总结输尿管上段结石的治疗经验。方法应用体外冲击波碎石(ESWL)、输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术(URL)和微创经皮肾输尿管镜碎石取石术(MPCNL)治疗输尿管上段结石351例,并对其疗效进行比较。结果ESWL87例,1个月后结石清除率94.3%;URL106例,术后1个月结石清除率81.5%;MPCNL158例,术后1个月结石清除率100%。结论三种方法各有优势,应根据病情和结石的具体情况加以选择,三者之间可以互补。

[Objective] Treatment of upper ureter stone with experience. [Methods] Usiny Extracorporeal shockwave lithotripsy （ESWL）, Ureteroscope recessive lithotrity （URL） and Minimally invasive Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy （MPCNL） treatment of upper ureter stone 351 cases, curative effect of relativity. [Results] There were Extracorporeal shockwave lithotrips 87 case, will be ESWL on mongh the calculus eliminate 94.3%; Ureteroseope recessive lithotrity 106 case, will be URL on mongh the calculus eliminate 81.5%; Minimally invasive Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy 158 case, will be MPCNL on mongh the calculus eliminate 100%. [Conclusion] Three means have their own advantage, according to state of an illness and calculus of circumstances as well as preferential. These three complement each other.
