摘要
采用单向琼脂扩散法对某鞋厂冷粘车间接触低浓度混苯作业工人进行了血清IgGIgA测定。结果显示:混苯接触织人体血清中IgG的水平较未接触组升高(P<0.05);IgA的水平虽低于对照组,但无统计学差异(P>0.05)。提示:在接触低于现行各自卫生标准的苯、甲苯、二甲苯的混合苯时,可能对机体免疫系统有刺激作用,使血情中IgG及IgA含量发生改变。
the serum IgG IgA levels of workers exposed to mixed benzene(benzenemethyl xylene)were measured with ager-board single radial immunodiffusion. the reaultshowed that the serum IgG level was higher than that of control group;there was significantdifferen. the IgA level inferior to control,but there was not significant differen beteew twogroups,it indicated that in the environmental concentration blow present santation criterionmixed benzene may stimulate immune system and have quatity of serum IgG IgA changed.
