脂肪酸对家兔瘢痕组织胶原蛋白沉积影响的研究

The effect of specific aliphatic acid to the collagen coagulation of the habbit's scar

目的探讨特定脂肪酸对瘢痕的治疗作用。方法对家兔的瘢痕组织外用特定脂肪酸,然后动态观察瘢痕组织的形态变化及羟脯氨酸含量的变化。结果发现家兔瘢痕组织应用特定脂肪酸后,成纤维细胞数量减少,细胞排列整齐,胶原蛋白沉积减少,瘢痕表面充血减轻,测得羟脯氨酸含量,发现与对照组比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论特定脂肪酸能有效地抑制成纤维细胞的增生,调节胶原蛋白的合成与降解,可以作为治疗瘢痕的外用药物。

Objective To dicuss the function of specific aliphatic acid to treat scar. Methods Specific aliphatic acid for external use was used in habbits＇scar tissue, then the scars morphologic change and variety of contents of hydroxyproline （ HOP ） were observed,and dynamic analysis was made for them. Results The amount of flbroblast and the number of collagenic fibre decrease; the amount of macrophagocyte increase and its function is active in scar tissue;the contents of HOP in scar tissue are less than those in the contrast group（ P 〈 0.05 ） after specific aliphatic acid is used in habbits scar tissue, Condusions Specific aliphatic acid can inhibit the growth of fibroblast effectively, adjust synthesis and degradation of collagen. Specific aliphatic acid may be used as an effective external medicine which can inhibit scars＇growth.
