摘要
本文根据ＥＬＩＳＡ抗体捕获法的原理，采用抗人ＩｇＭ单克隆抗体和丁型肝炎抗原等，建立了特异性强、灵敏度高的ＩｇＭ抗－ＨＤ检测方法。对１４２例病人血清检测，ＩｇＭ抗－ＨＤ阳性率为４．９％。为丁型肝炎的早期诊断和流行病学研究提供了实验手段。
Basing on the mechanism of capture ELISA,we developed a specific andsensitive method for detecting IgM antibody to hepatitis delta virus ( IgM anti-HD ) withmouse monoclone antibody to IgM μchain and antigen of hepatitis delta virus (HDAg),etc.IgM anti-HD was tested in 142 patient sera. The positive rate of IgM anti-HD was 4.9%.This method is significant in early diagnosis and epid-miological study of hepatitis D.
