脉冲多普勒超声心动图测定高血压病患者左房收缩功能的研究

STUDY OF LEFT ATRIAL EJECTION FORCE IN PATIENTS WITH ESSENTIAL HYPERTENSION BY PULSED-DOPPLER ECHOCARDIOGRAPHY

本文报道用脉冲多普勒超声心动图测定左房收缩期经二尖瓣口的最大血流速度，结合二维超声测定的二尖瓣环直径推算二尖瓣口面积，根据牛顿第二运动定律加速度和质量的概念测定了５２例正常人和４１例高血压病患者的左房射血力（Ｆ）。结果显示高血压病患者的Ｆ测值明显高于正常人测值。提示高血压病患者的左房收缩功能增强，左房作功增多，以增加房缩期的左室充盈，从而维持正常的心搏量。

In order to assess the left atrial systolic function,we utilized the mass-acceleration concept according to Newton,s second law of motion to evaluate the left atrialejection force(F)by Doppler method.Fifty-two normal control suUects (NL) and forty-onepatients with essential hypertension (HYP)were tested. The results showed the value of Fwas significantly higher in HYP in comparison with NL(13.7±3. 8×10-2N and 5.1±2.0×10-2N,P<0.01).It is concluded that,in HYP, the left atrial systolic function increased,andleft atrial works more to maintain normal stroke volume.
