猪calsarcin-2基因cDNA的克隆与测序 被引量：3

摘要 Z线是多种蛋白质通过蛋白-蛋白的相互作用，构成具有特定结构的蛋白复合体。在肌细胞发育与分化过程中，Z线的结构是不断发生变化的，并且Z线能够调节骨骼肌与心肌细胞的收缩。目前，利用蛋白质一蛋白质相互作用技术已将一些蛋白定位于Z线，根据它们在Z线的位置可分为两类：一类是蛋白的某一部分肽段位于Z线，
