木霉菌在坪用黑麦草上的应用效果初报 被引量:5

摘要 通过盆栽试验比较了不同肥料处理(喷施尿素、木霉发酵液与尿素混合喷施、菌株发酵液与尿素混合喷施)对多年生黑麦草Lolium perenne的氮、磷、钾、叶绿素含量及根系硝酸还原酶活性的影响。结果表明,菌株发酵液与尿素混合喷施可明显提高坪用黑麦草的氮和叶绿素含量,增强根系的硝酸还原酶活性,单施尿素效果好于单施菌株发酵液。试验表明,采用离子束对哈茨木霉进行注入并筛选出的H13突变株,其发酵液对黑麦草草坪的维护有积极的效果,为草坪的合理营养与养护提供了依据。 The effects of different fertilizer treatments (Urea, Trichoderma fermentation solution +urea, strain fermentation solution + urea) on chlorophyll content, Nitric Reduction Enzyme, and N,P, K content was compared by potting experiment. The results indicated that treatment Ⅲ gave thebest performance, the content of N, P, K in perennial ryegrass and NRE activity in roots were significantly increased. The experiment provided scientific basis for nutritive effects of strain fermentationsolution and turf management. It also showed that mutant H13 from N+ implantation on Trichoderrna harzianum contained growth Dromoting substance in its fermentation solution.
