Influence of Globalization of Science and Technology on China's Science and Technology

科技全球化是经济全球化的重要组成部分,也是经济全球化的强大动力源和根本保障。文章通过对科技全球化内涵、特征及对我国科技发展影响的分析,提出健全科技法律法规、加大执法力度、政策扶持与R&D投资主体多元化、选择性地引进与自主创新相结合、实施人才强国战略、促进多边的科技合作和积极参与国际科技规则的制定等,是我国科技发展拟采取的政策取向。

Globalization of science and technology is an important part of economic globalization, and is a powerful driving force and fundamental guarantee of it. This paper analyzes the influence of economic globalization on the development of China's science and technology and puts forward some countermeasures, including improving laws concerning science and technology, absorbing different investment in R & D, combining innovation with introducing from other countries, and promoting multilateral cooperation in science and technology.
