表面增强激光解吸电离飞行时间质谱在卵巢癌中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 表面增强激光解吸电离飞行时间质谱(SELDI-TOF-MS)是近年出现的蛋白质研究新技术,其综合了蛋白芯片和质谱技术的优点,可快速、高通量捕捉血清、组织及体液中的特异性蛋白质。SELDI-TOF-MS已应用于卵巢癌的早期诊断、指导治疗及预后判断等研究。
