摘要
针对中国现行的煤自然发火期确立方法存在的不足,运用热重分析仪器对不同煤样从常温到燃点之间的氧化热解过程进行了实验研究。运用不同动力学机制模型函数分别对热重分析数据进行了处理和相关性分析,结果表明煤炭氧化热解过程符合一级化学反应动力学机制,据此求出活化能和自然发火期,得出了利用活化能指标可以确定自然发火期的结论。
In view of the deficiency of the current prevalent determining methods of spontaneous combustion period in China, thermo gravity technique was used to study the mechanism of coal self-heating oxidation from normal temperature to ignition temperature. A few kinds of reaction models have been discussed by the liner correlation calculation .The result suggests that the oxidizing decomposition of coal can be described as a first-order chemistry reaction. Activation energy and spontaneous combustion period can be obtained. A conclusion is drawn that the index of activation energy can be used to determine spontaneous combustion period.
