摘要
针对目前矿山设备牙轮钻机的性能不能满足使用要求的问题,提出了对牙轮钻机的调速系统的改造方案,采用交流变频调速系统替代滑差电机调速,应用PLC技术和自动控制系统,对改造过程作了深入的分析与探讨,通过现场实验表明,调速特性得到明显改善,电机速度控制平稳,调速宽度大,钻孔进度有大幅度提高。
In view of the fact that the performance of the gear wheel rig, a kind of mining equipment can not meet the use requirements, the article puts forward a reform scheme of speed regulating system of the gear wheel rig which adopts alternating current frequency conversion speed regulating system instead of slip motor frequency conversing and applies PLC technology and automatic control system. The reform process is deeply analysed and discussed On-the-spot experiments show that the speed regulating characteristics have been obviously improved. The control of motor speed is smooth and the width of speed regulating is great, so the drilling progress has been greatly increased.
