摘要
目的以混凝土材料的理论化设计为目标,提出了一种新的混凝土配合比设计方法-密实系数法.方法以已有的1 432组工程数据为基础,运用密实系数的概念,统计出了混凝土的粗细骨料密实系数es和eG的数值,并通过试验对其适用性进行了验证.结果以该方法设计的混凝土不仅减少了混凝土的每立方米水泥用量,而且增强了混凝土的流动性和强度.该方法使混凝土配比中骨料粒径确定情况下,包裹层厚度最小,从而减少水泥用量.本设计中mW:mC:mS:mG=195:375:661:1 184的混凝土配合比较以JGJ55-2000《普通混凝土设计规程》方法设计的混凝土每立方米节省水泥用量13 kg.结论密实系数法实现了优化混凝土中砂浆和混凝土组分与性能的目标,是一种既具有理论研究价值,又具有工程适用性的混凝土配合比设计方法.
Aiming at theories of the mix design of concrete, a kind of new method of concrete mix design named infilled coefficient mix design of concrete is provided based on the concept of infilled aggregate coefficient. Then the infilled fine aggregate coefficient and infilled coarse aggregate coefficient are defined respectively. Based on the 1432 groups of data from experience, the statistical values of infilled fine coefficient and infilled coarse aggregate coefficient are given respectively, which optimize the ingredients and performance of mortar and concrete, and then the theoretic mix-design of concrete is realized. The concrete designed by the method not only improves the workability and strength, but also reduces the use of cement. Compared with the mixture design by the JGJ55-2000 Specification for mix proportion design of ordinary concrete, the mixture of W: C: S: G = 195 : 375 : 661 : 1184 designed by this method saves the cement 13 kg. The experience proves that it is a new concrete mix design method which is suitable for the engineering.
