摘要
高炉炉顶摄像系统由炉顶插入微型红外摄像机获取炉内影像,在值班室监视器上在线显示整个料面的气流分布图像,观察溜槽、探尺的运动及料流流股情况,监视炉内管道、塌料等异常炉况。本文对其在梅山2#高炉的应用进行阐述。
The industrial TV system at the top of BF is operated by inserting a micro-infrared TV camera from the top of furnace to obtain the photograph and showing on the shifting-room＇ s monitor all the conditions, such as airflow distribution, chute, probe, chargeflow, pipes inside furnace and abnormal charge-collapsing. This paper expounds such an application.
