年龄、基础卵泡刺激素值对控制性促超排卵结局的预测价值 被引量:2

Impact of Female Age and Basal FSH Level on Clinical Outcome of Controlled Ovarian Hyperstimulation

摘要 目的探讨年龄、基础卵泡刺激素(FSH)值对控制性促超排卵(COH)结局的预测价值。方法对2003年1月至2004年11月在同济医院生殖中心行体外受精(IVF)/单个精子卵母细胞内注射(ICSI)与胚胎移植(ET)助孕术的1 252个周期结局进行回顾性分析。结果随年龄、基础FSH值的上升,获卵数和可移植胚胎数逐渐减少,周期取消率逐渐升高。但在基础FSH值≤18 mU/ml时,只有年龄与临床妊娠显著相关,而基础FSH值与临床妊娠无显著相关性。结论年龄、基础FSH值的上升与COH结果负性相关,而年龄则是妊娠的独立预测因子。 Objective To evaluate the impact of female age and basal follicle stimulate hormone (FSH) level on clinical outcome of controlled ovarian hyperstimulation (COH). Methods 1252 consecutive in vitro fertilization (IVF)/intracytoplamic sperm injection (ICSI)-embryo transfer (ET) cycles performed in Productive Medicine Center of Tongji Hospital from January 2003 to November 2004 were analyzed retrospectively. Results With the increase of female age and basal FSH level, the number of oocytes collected and the number of embryos were gradually decreased. Only female age, but not basal FSH level was associated significanlly with pregnancy potential, while basal FSH level wasn't higher than 18 mU/ml. Conclusion The increased female age and basal FSH level had a negative relationship with outcome of controlled ovarian hyperstimulation. However, female age is a independent predictor for pregnancy potential.
