摘要
以苯乙烯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯和丙烯酸丁酯为主要原料,经乳液聚合,制成了环保型的涂料印花粘合剂。研究表明,玻璃化温度为0℃～-15℃,乳化剂质量分数为6％,所合成的环保型粘合剂的各项性能都达到或超过了普通的非环保粘合剂。
The pigment printing binder of textile for environmental protection was prepared by copolymerization with butyl acrylate, methyl methacrylate and styreneis as the main materials. The result showed that when the temperature 0 ℃ - -15℃, dosage of emulsifier 6 %, the properties of the prepared pigment printing binder can reach or exceed the ordinary pigment printing binder.
